Recipe by Stefano Savi - Kubrik American BarDifficulty: Facile

Con Fizzy Zen partiamo dalla base di un classico gin fizz sostituendo lo zucchero liquido con lo sciroppo di cedro e aggiungendo il Cointreau con il suo aroma agrumato. 
Il risultato è un drink dolce al gusto, bilanciato perfettamente dalla frizzantezza della tonica che invita alla bevuta. 

Ingredienti

  • 45 ml di Gin Zen Addicitve

  • 15 ml di Cointreau

  • 30 ml di succo di  limone

  • 15 ml di sciroppo di cedro

  • Top di tonica

Preparazione

  • Inserire tutti gli ingredienti in uno shaker, ad eccezione della tonica
  • Aggiungere il ghiaccio e agitare energicamente
  • Filtrare il contenuto dello shaker in un bicchiere collins
  • Completare con il top di tonica
